Cookies Policy
What this website stores on your device, why it is needed, how long it lasts, and how to control it.

What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site recognise the same browser across requests — for example, to keep a form submission tied to the session that opened it.
What this website sets
This website sets one cookie, and only when you visit a page. It is strictly necessary for the site to work securely.
Essential cookies
- SMARTLANDSESS — the session cookie. It links your browser to a temporary server-side session so that the contact form's cross-site request forgery protection works and so validation messages can be shown after a submission. It contains a random identifier only: no name, email address or message content. It expires when you close your browser.
This cookie is set with HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and with the
Secure flag when the site is served over HTTPS.
Functional cookies
This website does not currently set functional or preference cookies.
Analytics cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and move through the site — which pages are read, which are ignored, and whether people reach the contact form. It is used to improve the website, not to identify you.
Google Analytics sets two cookies on this domain: _ga, which distinguishes one
browser from another and lasts two years, and _ga_<container>, which holds the
current session state and also lasts two years. IP addresses are truncated before they are
stored, so we cannot see the address your visit came from.
The analytics script is not loaded at all if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. No script is requested, no cookie is set, and nothing about your visit is sent to Google. Blocking analytics in your browser or an extension has the same effect and does not affect any part of the site.
There is no heat-mapping and no session-recording tool installed.
Marketing cookies
This website does not currently run advertising or remarketing scripts and does not set marketing cookies. There is no Google Ads tag, no Meta Pixel and no social media tracking pixel installed.
Third-party requests
The website loads a web font from Google Fonts. This does not set a cookie on our domain, but it does mean your browser makes a request to Google's font servers when a page loads.
Where analytics is active, your browser also requests the Google Analytics script from Google's tag servers and sends measurement data to Google. Google processes that data as described in its own privacy terms.
If a map is embedded on our contact page, the map provider may set its own cookies when that page is loaded. Any such cookies are governed by that provider's own policy.
How to manage cookies
You can view, block and delete cookies through your browser settings — usually under Privacy, Security or Site Settings. You can also browse in a private or incognito window, which clears cookies when the window is closed.
Blocking the essential session cookie will prevent the contact form from submitting successfully, because the security token cannot be verified without it. The rest of the site will continue to work normally. If that happens, you can call us on +971 55 887 1364 instead.
Changes to this policy
If we add advertising, remarketing or any other non-essential script to this website, we will update this page to describe exactly what it sets and how long it lasts before those cookies are placed.
